From a personal point of view, I would like to highlight how this Master represented an extremely meaningful experience for my growth, both professionally and personally. It was a journey that allowed me to develop not only the skills required to work in the fashion industry, but also a more mature and global mindset. Being surrounded by people from different countries, cultures and backgrounds enriched my experience enormously and made this path even more inspiring.
One of the most impactful aspects of the Master was the opportunity to experience the luxury industry beyond the classroom. Through visits to the factories of iconic brands such as Fendi, Brunello Cucinelli and Tod’s, as well as participation in Fashion Week events, including runway shows and showroom visits, I was able to better understand how luxury brands operate in real life. These moments were truly memorable and played a key role in shaping my vision of the fashion business.
During the program, I developed a strategic and integrated understanding of fashion management, which proved to be essential during my selection process at Bottega Veneta. As part of the recruitment process, I was asked to solve a business case, and the combination of knowledge acquired throughout the Master allowed me to approach the challenge with a holistic perspective, connecting different areas of the business and proposing realistic, market-oriented solutions.
This preparation was fundamental in helping me stand out and ultimately secure my current position as CRM Intern at Bottega Veneta. Looking back, I can confidently say that the Master was a perfect starting point for my career in the fashion and luxury industry, providing me with strong foundations, practical experience and the confidence to face a highly competitive environment.
